Maison Solvere™ is a boutique skincare house operated by Maison Solvere LLC, based in Jersey City, New Jersey. This policy covers maisonsolvere.com, our Founding Access list, and the emails we send. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Maison Solvere LLC.
What we collect
What you share with us
- Your email address, when you request Founding Access or join our list.
- Optional preferences, such as what brings you to Maison Solvere (real sun, self-tan, and so on), so what we send feels relevant.
- Anything you write to us, if you contact us by email or through social channels.
- Order details, once Bronze Veil™ is available: your name, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order history. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor; we do not see or store your full card number.
What is collected automatically
- Basic technical information from your browser or device, such as IP address, browser type, approximate location (city or region), the pages you visit, and how you arrived at our site.
- Information collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in Cookies & analytics.
How we use it
- To send Founding Access updates, launch details, private founder notes, and other emails you've asked to receive.

- To reply to your questions and messages.
- To understand how our site is used, so we can make it better.

Our emails
We write only when there is something worth sharing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time. Unsubscribing will not affect emails about an order you've placed, such as shipping confirmations.

- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your information.
- Stop sending you marketing emails.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above: for our list, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it; for orders, as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

Maison Solvere is based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed here.
Children
Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
As Maison Solvere grows, including when our store opens, we may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a revised effective date and, for meaningful changes, let our list know by email.
